Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast

More sunshine but not as windy… Expect widespread sunshine today with highs returning to the upper 70s and low 80s. Winds will relax a bit for today, into the 5 to 15 mph range. A few extra clouds will mix in for Friday with an isolated shower possible tomorrow evening. Highs will return to the upper 70s.

We will see a mix of sun and clouds this weekend with more heat and humidity. Highs will climb into the mid 80s on Saturday and to near 90 on Sunday. A scattered shower or storm is possible both days as a string of fronts moves just to our north.

Today: Mostly Sunny. Highs near 80. Winds: NW/SW 5-15

Tonight: Mainly Clear. Lows in the mid 60s. Winds: SW/NW 5-10

Tomorrow: Partly Cloudy, Isolated PM Showers(20%). Highs in the upper 70s. Winds: N 5-15

We are watching an area of disturbed weather extending from western Cuba into the western Bahamas. This system is expected to move northeastward and eastward over the next day or so. Significant development is not anticipated.
