SUFFOLK, Va. – All lanes are back open and clear on I-664 northbound at the Monitor Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel.
Chief Pincus with the Newport News Fire Fire Department says one person was extricated and one person had been transported by Nightingale.
It’s unclear at this time if the the same person was extricated and transported.
