HAMPTON, Va. – A 17-year-old was injured Thursday after being shot in the area of Concetta Street and Shell Road.
Calls reporting the shooting were received at 7:50 a.m.
Police arrived to find the teen victim suffering from a single gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Motive and circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation. There is information on any suspects.
