NORFOLK, Va. – Norfolk Police are investigating a homicide occurring early Sunday morning.
Officers were dispatched to the 3500 block of Argonne Avenue around 3:50 a.m.
When they arrived, they found 44-year-old William M. Johnson, lll lying on the ground suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics.
Police say the investigation is in the preliminary stages and they have no suspect information at this time.
