Norfolk, Va. - The Norfolk Tides have been up and down this season, but a seven-game home stand was what they needed to get back on track. The Tides won 10-6 on Sunday to sweep the three-game series with the Durham Bulls. They have a four-game series with the Lehigh Valley IronPigs starting tomorrow night at 7:05 p.m.
