CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A woman was injured following a house fire in the Indian River section of Chesapeake.
Crews responded to the 400 block of Redbrick Drive just after 1 p.m.
Firefighters found flames coming from the back of the home. The fire was under control and extinguished at around 1:30 p.m.
The woman was treated at the scene for minor burns and refused further treatment. She will be displaced from the home.
