SUFFOLK, Va. – The Suffolk Police Department has partnered up with Old Dominion University to evaluate and improve the quality of police and police patrols in the City of Suffolk.

Researchers from ODU’s Social Science Research Center will call Suffolk residents and ask them about the quality of their neighborhood as well as their perceptions of crime and the police department.

Participation is voluntary, but the Suffolk Police Department encourages residents to participate in the study.

If you have any questions, please contact Alexandria Whiteside of the Suffolk Police Department at 757-514-7995.
