BATON ROUGE, La. – Alton Sterling’s son Cameron will speak publicly in front of the Triple S Food Mart where his father was killed, accompanied by his mother and family attorneys Wednesday morning.
Alton Sterling, a 37-year-old black man, was shot to death as he lay on the ground with two police officers on top of him on July 5.
Cameron Sterling’s attorneys will provide updates in the case and are expected to also announce that they are now representing another of Sterling’s children, 10-year-old Na’Quincy.
