Almost a year after five of the Jackson brothers took plea deals for sexually assaulting a young girl they knew over a ten year period, the trial for Aaron Jackson started Monday.

Aaron is the only one of the six brothers who did not take a plea deal.

The victim testified Monday that Aaron, along with the other five brothers, sexually abused her for years.

The abuse allegedly started when the girl was just four years old and lasted until she was 14.

On Tuesday, Aaron Jackson took the witness stand. He told the judge he and the victim didn't have a sexual relationship. He said only one time they touched with their clothes on, but that was it.

The brothers' parents, John and Nita Jackson, knew about the abuse and did nothing to stop it. They took plea deals last year.

Both were sentenced to a minimum of 31 months in prison and a maximum of 47.
