James Rice is still wanted.

Police said the pair took cases of caulk to the front desk claiming they had purchased them and then received money on a gift card.

If you have any information about where Rice is, submit your tip to Crime Line.  Tipsters will remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward if the information leads to an arrest.  There are three ways you can submit a tip.
