WILLIAMSBURG, Va. - A recent William & Mary graduate died Wednesday after she was hit by a car while biking.

Anne Davis, 22, and another cyclist, named Laura Stark, were involved in a crash in Idaho. The two were part of a group called Bike and Build, which helps raise awareness for affordable housing. The other cyclist was seriously hurt. Right now, the cause of the crash is still under investigation.

On social media, tributes to Davis continue to be posted. William & Mary's Office of Community Engagement wrote that Davis was "funny, exceedingly generous, exuberant, and loving." The post continues, "Our lives will not be the same because of her." Davis wrote on a profile that she was going to be a fellow in the office after graduating.

Her trip was supposed to end in Oregon on July 28.
