SUFFOLK, Va. – A runaway teen reported missing from Suffolk has been located and returned to her mother, Suffolk Police announced Tuesday.
Late Monday, Suffolk Police issued an alert seeking the public’s assistance locating 16-year-old Cynthia Leigh Graves.
Police said she was believed to have run away and was in need of medication.
