VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Firefighters were called to a house fire in the 2800 block of West Gibbs Road around 4:20 p.m. Wednesday.
The side of the house was fully engulfed in flames when crews arrived.
Everyone got out of the home safely but one firefighter was taken to a hospital for heat exhaustion.
Three people living in the home have been displaced.
