Timothy Earl Kilpatrick
BEDFORD, Va. – An 18-year-old non-verbal autistic man who went missing Sunday was located Wednesday morning.
Timothy Earl Kilpatrick had last been seen walking away from his home in Bedford.
Kilpatrick was found alive around 8:30 a.m. Wednesday and was taken to a hospital for evaluation.
Investigators have not yet said where Kilpatrick was found, nor what he had been doing since he was last seen on Sunday.
Virginia State Police and the Virginia Missing Children Clearinghouse issued the endangered missing adult media alert on behalf of the Bedford County Sheriff’s office Sunday at 2 p.m.
