PORTSMOUTH, Va. – The city will dedicate it’s newest public art sculpture on Wednesday, August 10.
Support Portsmouth Public Art has installed murals, interactive projects, and sculptures over the past six years.
The newest addition in their efforts is a LOVE monument which will be on the Portsmouth Seawall next to the marina on Crawford Parkway.
The LOVE sculpture was designed and fabricated by two long-time Portsmouth artists, Orlen Stauffer and Irving Wolff.
