VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Police have arrested a wanted suspect who was previously featured in a News 3 Taking Action Against Crime story.
They were looking for Linda Caldwell Wiggins, 56. She was wanted for a forgery and uttering charge from a 2014 fraud case.
