Police: Son arrested after buying drugs for mom and dad

HENRICO COUNTY, Va. — A Henrico man was arrested after police said he bought drugs for his mom and dad. Mom and dad were also arrested on a variety of drug charges.

When police officers approached a vehicle parked along the 2300 block of Mechanicsville Turnpike Thursday afternoon, they discovered 31-year-old Evan Rebman, his father 57-year-old Mark Rebman, and his mother 55-year-old Sherry Rebman ingesting drugs.

“The investigation revealed that Evan Rebman had just purchased narcotics from [someone in] a vehicle that was still in the area and provided it [the drugs] to his parents, Mark and Sherry Rebman,” a Henrico Police spokesman said.

Evan Rebman was charged with possession of cocaine and distribution of cocaine.

Mark Rebman was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sherry Rebman was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Police also tracked down and arrested the suspected drug dealer who sold the drugs to the Rebmans.

William Brian Stalls, 41, of Chesterfield, was charged with possession of cocaine, distribution of cocaine, possession of marijuana, possession of a schedule IV drug with intent to distribute, and possession of a schedule II drug.
