JAMES CITY COUNTY, Va. – The owner of a dog grooming salon was arrested for cruelty to animals.
A former employee of The Fuzzy Butt Stops Here in Williamsburg provided a video to police that reportedly shows the owner, Mironda Henning, handling a dog that she was grooming in a rough manner.
Police believe the incident occurred on May 18. Henning was arrested on July 15.
She is due in court on August 25.
