Grenah E. Garnett
NORFOLK, Va. – A man was arrested in connection with a homicide that happened Monday morning on Avenue H.
Norfolk Police arrested Grenah E. Garnett Tuesday afternoon without incident.
Police were called to the 900 block of Avenue H just before 11 a.m. Monday.
Andre Valentine was found shot to death in Norfolk.
The victim, 50-year-old Andre E. Valentine, had been fatally shot.
Garnett is currently being held at the Norfolk City Jail without bond.
He has been charged with second degree murder, use of a firearm in commission of a felony and grand larceny.
