Winston Black Jr. is charged with with attempted first degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony

CHESAPEAKE, Va. – A 34-year-old man wanted for allegedly killing a man in Henrico County, was arrested in Chesapeake on Wednesday afternoon.

The homicide occurred June 10 at the Motel 6 on Williamsburg Road in Henrico.

According to U.S. Marshals, Winston Bernard Black Jr. was charged with attempted first degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony for his alleged role in this shooting.

U.S. Marshals found Black in Chesapeake and arrested him without incident.

He is being held in the Chesapeake City Jail awaiting extradition to Henrico.
