NORFOLK, Va. – Virginia State Police responded to a report that a vehicle was shot at on I-64 near Chesapeake Blvd.
Troopers were called to the area around 12:05 p.m.
About an hour later, State Police said the shooting was unfounded and there was some debris in the road.
