NORFOLK, Va. – A car drove onto The Tide’s tracks Monday night, according to Hampton Roads Transit.
The car appears to have gotten stuck on the tracks at Botetourt St. and Brambleton Ave.
Trains had to turn back from Norfolk State University to Newtown.
