VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police are investigating after a shooting as reported in the 5800 block of Newtown Arch Thursday evening.
When police arrived they found one adult male suffering from gunshot wounds and he was transported to a local hospital.
A call about the incident came in to authorities at 5:27 p.m.
This is still an active police investigation.
The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
