NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Police are investigating a robbery that took place at a 7-Eleven convenience store Saturday night.
Officers were called to the store in the 400 Block of Oyster Point Road around 9:45 p.m.
It was reported that an unknown black male entered the store and walked behind the counter. The suspect implied he had a weapon and took an undisclosed amount of cash and some cigarettes before leaving the business.
No injuries were reported.
