VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police responded to a report of shooting near an Aikido School in Virginia Beach Wednesday night.
The victim was between the ages of 14-17 and he suffered a gunshot wound.
The incident occurred in the 5600 block of Baker Court.
Police say they believe the victim was shot in the Aikido parking lot and then ran across the street to the Dove Landing Apartments area.
Police Dispatch got a call about the incident around 10 p.m.
The teen was transported to a local hospital and the extent of his injuries are unknown.
