Road Closures through the weekend
PORTSMOUTH – Midtown Tunnel closed 58 EB starting tonight at 8:00 Pm until Monday morning at 5:00 AM. The WB tunnel will remain open. Detour using 264 at the Downtown Tunnel to get into Norfolk over the weekend.
CHESAPEAKE / VIRGINIA BEACH – Elbow Rd will remain closed through next week due to damage from Hurricane Matthew.
CHESAPEAKE – The North Landing Bridge is expected to open by 4:00 PM on Mt Pleasant Rd
VIRGINIA BEACH – Shore Drive still closed for standing water around 83rd at the North End
