OKLAHOMA CITY -- It was a scary afternoon for a pilot in Oklahoma when he was forced to land a plane without the nose gear.

Initial reports indicate a King Air B200's nose gear failed to come down when the pilot attempted to land at Wiley Post Airport on Wednesday. That's when the pilot let air traffic control know he would attempt to land at Will Rogers World Airport, according to KFOR.

Fortunately, the pilot was able to successfully land the plane.

At this time, there is no word on how many people were on board the plane.
