Danny Allan Disney was charged with Felony Manufacturing of Methamphetamine.
DARE Co., N.C. – A man was arrested for making meth on October 14, according to deputies.
The Dare County Narcotics Task Force was investigating the manufacturing of methamphetamine around the Manns Harbor area when they located and arrested a man on multiple charges.
45-year-old Danny Allan Disney was charged with Felony Manufacturing of Methamphetamine, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine Precursor, and Felony Possession of Pseudoephedrine following a prior Methamphetamine conviction.
He was arrested after the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigations Clandestine Laboratory Response Team responded earlier in the week to clean up the meth one pot lab.
Disney is being held in lieu of a $75,000 secured bond.
