Newport News police arrest 14 for prostitution operation

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Police arrested 14 people in connection with a prostitution operation on October 12.

The Newport News Police Department’s Organized Crime Division conducted a prostitution operation and arrested 14 people.

Police released the list of those arrested as well as the charges they face:

1. Jarred Morrison
Charges: Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, and Solicitation of Prostitution
2. Todd Cuff
Charges: Solicitation of Prostitution and Possession of Cocaine
3. Elvia Sessoms
Charges: Prostitution
4. Gloria Williams (aka) Gloria Vick
Charges: Prostitution
5. Yvette McClain
Charges: Prostitution
6. Angela Bell
Charges: Prostitution and Possession of Cocaine
7. Jason Moore
Charges: Solicitation of Prostitution and Use of a vehicle to Promote Prostitution
8. John Heffler
Charges: Solicitation of Prostitution
9. Cindy Thigpen
Charges: Loitering for the Purpose of Prostitution
10. Jeffery Wilson
Charges: Solicitation of Prostitution and Use of a vehicle to Promote Prostitution
11. Morris Cherry Jr.
Charges: Solicitation of Prostitution and Use of a vehicle to Promote Prostitution
12. Kimberly Wilson
Charges: Loitering for the Purpose of Prostitution
13. Clarence Leatherberry Jr.
Charges: Solicitation of Prostitution and Use of a vehicle to Promote Prostitution
14. Donnell Cook
Charges: Possession of Cocaine and Solicitation of Prostitution
