NORFOLK, Va. – Police are investigating an assault that happened just before midnight on Wyoming Avenue near Cape Henry Avenue.
Police arrived on scene and found a 33-year-old woman with a non-life threatening cut wound. She was taken to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.
The woman told police that she and a woman she knew got into an argument and the woman cut her with an unknown object.
Police are still investigating.
