Tuesday’s First Warning Forecast: A big cool down

Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast

Much cooler… A cold front moved through the area yesterday, bringing in much cooler air. Expect afternoon highs today be about 15 degrees cooler, from the mid 70s yesterday to the low 60s today. We will see plenty of sunshine again today and a bit of a NW breeze.

Overnight lows will fall into the mid 40s for metro areas and upper 30s for inland areas by Wednesday morning. We will return to near 60 by Wednesday afternoon. Our best chance for rain this week will be Thursday night into early Friday morning. Highs will climb back into the 70s to start the weekend.

Today: Mostly Sunny, Cooler. Highs in the low 60s. Winds: NW 5-15

Tonight: Mainly Clear. Lows in the mid 40s. Winds: NW 5-15

Tomorrow: A Few Clouds, Cooler. Highs in the upper 50s. Winds: NE 5-10
