NORFOLK, Va. - Police need your help to find a murder suspect.
Ricardo Spencer
They're looking for Ricardo Spencer. He's wanted for second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
Police say the charges are in connection to a shooting that happened on July 30, 2016. Two men were shot in the 1900 block of Greenleaf Dr. One of the victims, 25-year-old Justin A. Neal, died from his injuries.
