VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A Navy Sailor has been arrested and charged with five counts of possessing child pornography, according to court documents.
Andrew Davis was arraigned in a Virginia Beach court on Monday and granted a $10,000 bond.
The court ordered him not to leave Virginia or to use a computer.
Davis is set to be back in court in December for a preliminary hearing.
