Portsmouth, Va. — Portsmouth Police are investigating an infant death in the 5600 block of Darby Close.
Authorities said they received a call about an infant who was no longer breathing just before 5 p.m. Saturday evening.
When medics arrived, they found the infant unresponsive. He was later pronounced deceased at the scene.
Detectives are continuing to investigate this incident.
