Tyra Harrell
PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Police have located a missing 12-year-old girl safe and unharmed.
According to detectives, 12-year-old Tyra Harrell has been reunited with her family members.
Harrell ran away from home Saturday night, just before midnight. Family members immediately pursued the teen and flagged down an officer once they lost sight of her.
