VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Virginia Beach Police are investigating a fatal crash on Ferrell Parkway.
It happened just before 11 p.m. Saturday evening.
Officials say the driver of the vehicle had the right of way while driving eastbound on Farrell Parkway. A man riding his bike entered into the driver’s lane and was hit.
The bicyclist was pronounced dead on scene.
There are no pending charges for the driver of the vehicle.
