Cynthia Dunbar
PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Detectives have located a woman who had been missing Tuesday.
Police were notified around 1:30 p.m. that 53-year-old Cynthia Dunbar had left her home in the 3300 block of Killian Avenue without telling anyone and did not have her medication.
Officers circulated the area, but were unable to locate her.
She was found just before 4:30 p.m. safe and unharmed.
