NEWPORT NEWS, Va. - Police are investigating a fatal shooting Thursday night.
The incident occurred in the 700 block of Adams Drive.
Police got a call about the incident around 9:37 p.m.
Police say the victim was 24-year-old Marquial Manley and that witnesses reported seeing two men running from the scene where Manley was found.
News 3's Kim Cung spoke to a person who said they were the man's cousin who was killed and said he was a father of three.
