VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – Virginia Beach Police are investigating a single vehicle crash that resulted in a fatality Saturday afternoon.
According to Virginia Beach Police, officers were called to the 3000 block of Capital Hill Lane around 4:28pm for the crash.
On scene, officers found an adult woman driver of the car who was pronounced dead at the scene.
Right now, officers say speed is not considered a factor, however alcohol is being investigated as a factor.
The identity of the woman has not been released.
Virginia Beach Police say the crash is under investigation by their Special Operations – Fatal Crash Team.
