Meteorologist Myles Henderson’s First Warning Forecast
More showers and a cool down… A cold front will push through the region today, bringing us another chance for showers and cooler air for the weekend. Expect a mix of sun and clouds today with an isolated shower during the day. Rain chances will go up for this evening and tonight. Highs will reach the low to mid 60s this afternoon, before the front arrives.
Showers will taper off late tonight and early Saturday morning as winds ramp up. We will still see some leftover clouds early Saturday but skies should clear quickly. Expect mostly sunny skies with highs in the mid 50s and strong winds for most of the day. North winds will gust to near 30 mph at times. Winds will start to back down on Sunday with more sunshine and highs returning to the low and mid 50s.
