PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Portsmouth Police are investigating a shooting that happened at George Washington Highway at Bainbridge Avenue.
Dispatch received the call at 2:34 p.m. on Sunday.
According to police, the man was shot in the lower body. He was driven to the hospital in a personal vehicle.
