VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. – A man was arrested Thursday after robbing a CVS pharmacy early Thursday morning.
Patrick James O’Toole was charged with robbery in Virginia Beach.
According to police the suspect, later identified as Patrick James O’Toole, entered the store located at 2232 General Booth Boulevard.
The suspect approached the pharmacy, handed an employee a note and demanded narcotics. The employee complied with the demand and the man fled the scene.
No injuries were reported.
A short time later an officer located the suspect, 30-year-old Patrick James O’Toole of Virginia Beach, nearby.
O’Toole was charged with Robbery and is being held without bond in the Virginia Beach Correctional Center.
