NORFOLK, Va. – The Interim City Manager for Norfolk was sworn in on Friday.
Doug Smith was appointed by City Council in the wake of City Manager Marcus Jones’ departure to Charlotte.
Smith is the former deputy city manager of Virginia Beach.
