PORTSMOUTH, Va. – According to Portsmouth Fire Chief Stockton, fire officials responded to a residential structure fire in the 1600 block of Elm Ave., on Friday.
Chief Stockton says the Fire Department received the call around 7:11.
The fire has been put out but it displaced six residents.
No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
