PORTSMOUTH, Va. – Detectives are investigating an armed robbery that happened at a convenience store on Tuesday night.
The incident was at the Diamonds Express store at 3300 Victory Blvd.
Police Dispatch got a call about the robbery around 9 p.m.
Police say there were two suspects who were armed with handguns and they fled the scene with cash.
