NORFOLK, Va. – To help make the holiday season a little brighter, MacArthur Center is offering free parking on seven different days in December!
Parking will be free on the following dates:
- Friday December 16 through Sunday, December 18
- Friday, December 23 through Monday, December 26
This is the first time since opening in 1999 that MacArthur Center has made free parking available.
