NORFOLK, Va. - Police have arrested the man involved in a fatal shooting that happened around 4:00pm Tuesday in the 100 block of La Valette Avenue.
The victim was taken to a local hospital suffering life-threatening injuries, where he later died.
Police have identified the victim as 25-year-old Travis James Burke of Norfolk.
Police have not released the suspect's name.
