VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - Police are investigating after a man was found deceased in a parked vehicle.
Officers were called to the 700 block of Hampshire Lane around 7 p.m. where they located the victim.
The Virginia Beach Police Department – Detective Bureau – Homicide Unit is investigating the incident.
