NORFOLK, Va. – Crews are working to repair a water main break on East Ocean View Avenue between Chesapeake Boulevard and Chesapeake Street.
The break occurred when crews were installing service taps and split the 12-inch water main.
Water service has been shut off in the area so repairs can be made. At this time, there’s no estimated time when the repairs will be complete.
