NORFOLK, Va. – Police are investigating an undetermined death after a body was pulled from the Little Creek Water Channel in Oceanview.
It happened just before Saturday afternoon in the 9500 block of 30th Bay Street.
According to police, someone spotted in a body floating in the water and called 911.
Police have identified the person as 50-year-old Neil Donnely.
The case has been classified as an undetermined death investigation.
